Your profile representation determines how your identity appears to other users in Cosmos. This is useful for controlling how much personal or organizational information is shared when collaborating with others on the platform.
You can chose between two types of profile representation:
Public Representation
Displays your full name and organization (e.g., Erika Mustermann, Cosmos Airways). This is helpful for open and transparent communication.
Anonymous Representation
Displays only your organization (e.g., Cosmos Airways). Choose this option if you prefer not to display personal details.
Follow the steps below to change your profile representation:
Select Settings in the bottom-left corner of the screen, just above your profile icon.
A modal window will open. Navigate to the Preferences tab.
In the Profile Representation section, select either Public Representation or Anonymous Representation.
Your choice will update immediately.
