You can check system status directly in the Cosmos app:

  • Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the Cosmos interface.

  • In the dropdown menu, select System status. This will open our real-time status page status.usecosmos.com in a new tab.

This is the fastest way to verify if there’s an ongoing issue affecting platform performance.

You can also go directly to our system status page at status.usecosmos.com to access real-time operational updates. Checking the status page can be particularly helpful in the following scenarios:

  • If you are experiencing slowness, errors, or connectivity issues on the platform, the page will indicate whether these are caused by a wider system outage or maintenance.

  • If you need to confirm whether specific services (e.g., SLA tracking, reporting) are operational.

  • To review past incident reports or understand the status of a resolved or ongoing issue.

  • To stay proactive by subscribing to updates via email or RSS, ensuring you’re notified immediately about service disruptions.

By using the system status page, you can save time troubleshooting and stay informed about Cosmos’ service performance.
