Partners have access to the operational information they need to do their work:
Flight information and delay codes — Partners can see all flight legs and the delay codes associated with them. However, they do not see the SLA relevancy of those codes for other providers. Each partner only sees what is relevant to their own SLA responsibilities.
Their own activity feed — Partners can see and participate in the activity feed, but only their own chat and communication history. Messages from other providers are not visible.
Baggage Cases – Partners can see bag cases they are involved in.
Quality checks — Partners can access Quality checks they are involved in.
The following areas are not accessible to partners:
SLA relevancy of other providers — Partners cannot see whether a delay code is SLA-relevant for another service partner on the same flight.
Flight Intelligence — Partners do not have access to Cosmos' Flight Intelligence features.
SLA payments — Financial SLA data and payment information are not visible to partners.
Admin settings — Partners do not have access to administrative configuration, including station access settings and similar controls.
