In Cosmos, what you see on your dashboard depends on three things: your role and your station and airline access. Even if two users share the same role, they may see different numbers or flights if their station and airline assignments differ.
How station access works
Each user in Cosmos is assigned access to one or more stations. Your dashboard, flight list, and SLA data are filtered to only show information for the stations you have access to. This means:
A user with access to 5 stations will see aggregated data for those 5 stations
A user with access to 50 stations will see a broader dataset
Two users with the same role but different station and/or airline assignments will see different dashboard numbers
What to do if your view seems incorrect
If you believe you should be seeing data for stations that are not appearing in your dashboard, your station access configuration may need to be updated. Contact your Cosmos administrator or project lead to review and adjust your station assignments.
Administrators and performance managers who need visibility across all stations should confirm with their Cosmos admin that their account has been granted access to the full station list.
