As an admin, you can manage user access from the User Management tab. Use this to review users, edit a user's airlines and stations individually, or copy access from an existing user when you need to make bulk changes.
If you are a Station Manager or Regional Manager and want to manage who has access to one of your stations, see How to manage who has access to my station in Cosmos?
Make sure you are signed in as an admin with permission to manage users and station access across the relevant stations.
Open Settings and go to User Management.
Find the user you want to update.
Use individual edits when you only need to add or remove a few airlines or stations for one user.
1. In User Management, find the user you want to update.
2. Open the actions menu for that user.
3. Select Edit user.
4. In the Airlines section, search for and add airlines, or remove airlines that should no longer apply.
5. In the Stations section, search for and add stations, or remove stations that should no longer apply.
6. Select Save.
7. Review the changes in the confirmation dialog and save them.
When a user needs access to all relevant stations, copy the station and airline access from an existing user who already has the correct setup. This is the supported workflow for bulk changes until a dedicated bulk assignment action is available.
Use this process when you are onboarding a new user or updating an existing user so their station access matches another user in the same organization.
Before copying, identify a user whose access is already correct. This user will be your source user. Confirm that the target user should receive the same airlines and stations as the source user.
1. In User Management, find the source user whose airline access you want to reuse.
2. Open the actions menu for that user.
3. Select Copy Airlines.
4. Find the target user who should receive the same airline access.
5. Open the actions menu for the target user.
6. Select Paste Airlines.
7. Review the airline changes in the confirmation dialog.
8. Save the airline changes.
1. Find the same source user again.
2. Open the actions menu for that user.
3. Select Copy Stations.
4. Find the target user.
5. Open the actions menu for the target user.
6. Select Paste Stations.
7. Review the station changes in the confirmation dialog.
8. Save the station changes.
Note: Airlines and stations are copied and pasted as separate actions. Saving pasted airlines does not save pasted stations, and saving pasted stations does not save pasted airlines.
To complete the bulk copy workflow, make sure you have saved both changes separately:
- Paste Airlines, review, and save.
- Paste Stations, review, and save.
After both saves are complete, the target user has the copied airline and station access.
If Paste Airlines or Paste Stations is unavailable, first copy the matching access from the source user.
If the target user should not have exactly the same access as the source user, paste the access first, then edit the target user and remove any airlines or stations that should not apply.
If you are unsure which source user to copy from, choose a user with the same role and operational responsibilities as the target user.
