Whether you’re encountering an issue, have a question, or need guidance, there are multiple ways to get in touch with us.
Click on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of Cosmos.
From the dropdown menu, select Get support.
A support window will open with several options:
Search for help
Use the search bar to find answers in our Help Center. You’ll be guided directly to the most relevant article. See "Option 2: Explore the Help Center" below.
Contact support
Start a conversation with Carla, our virtual assistant. Carla can answer questions or escalate your request to the Cosmos team if needed. Learn more about Carla.
If you select Contact support, Carla will greet you and offer quick-start options like: "I have a question", "Report a bug", "Other".
Add relevant information such as screenshots, error codes, or steps to reproduce the issue.
Once submitted, our team is notified right away. You’ll receive replies via the messenger and email, so you do not need to keep the messenger open.
Select Get Support from the profile menu, then use Search for help in the widget to browse the Help Center.
You can also access the Help Center via help.usecosmos.com.
Use the search bar to find articles related to your query.
Explore categories like Getting Started, or our About Cosmos for tailored solutions.
This option can be particularly helpful if you suspect that certain functions of Cosmos are not performing as expected. It allows you to quickly verify whether there are any ongoing system issues or maintenance activities that could be affecting performance.
From the profile dropdown menu, click System status.
Check for any ongoing maintenance or service disruptions.
Real-time updates ensure you’re informed of any incidents and their resolutions.
