Dashboard
Upon logging into Cosmos, you are greeted with the Dashboard as the primary interface. It serves as a gateway to a data-driven approach to managing and enhancing airline service quality.
βEvent Breakdown:
A bar chart displays the number of delay events, allowing you to visualize average flight leg delay.
You can analyze historical data by selecting different timeframes, such as the last week, month, or quarter.
Delay Categories:
Below the main chart, delay events are categorized by reason, each associated with a specific IATA code for easy reference.
This section aids in identifying recurring issues and prioritizing them based on their impact.
Activity Feed:
An activity feed gives you an overview of the latest communication about specific flightlegs.
By clicking on the entry, you will be redirected into the flight-leg detail view.

Delays
The delay screen presents a user-friendly list that organizes and displays flight delay information in a structured and easily accessible format.
β
The delay screen includes:
Monthly grouping
Delayed flights, open flights, total no. of flights, and on-time-performance
Flight details
Flight number, the scheduled and actual departure times, the route, and experienced delay in minutes.
Status indicators
flights that are scheduled for the current day
flights with at least one SLA-relevant delay, which awaits a proposal or decision (claim, waive, invest)
flights with at least one SLA-relevant delay, where a proposal has been made by the station manager
flight with at least one SLA-relevant delay, where a proposal has been confirmed by a performance manager
flights with no to-do, such as on-time flights, cancelled flights, or flights with a non-SLA relevant delay
When selecting a specific flight leg, a detailed flight-leg side view expands. Within that window, you will see the specific delay codes of set flight leg, the SLA-relevance and the option to propose, confirm or view a decision. A comment field allows interaction and communication about the specific flight.
