Important:
If you are using SSO (e.g., Sign-in with Microsoft), we do not store the password for your account. Password changes are managed by your identity provider (e.g., Microsoft).
You can only change your password using this method if you are not using SSO. For SSO users, please contact your organization’s IT administrator or follow the steps provided by your identity provider to update your credentials.
We recommend updating your password regularly (every 60–90 days) to enhance account security. Follow these steps to reset your password if you are not using SSO:
Select Settings in the bottom-left corner of the screen, just above your profile icon. A modal window will open.
Under the Account tab, locate the Change Password section.
Enter your current password, followed by your new password, and confirm it by re-entering.
Choose a strong password that includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Avoid reusing previous passwords or using easily guessable details (e.g., birthdays, names).
Click Change password to save your changes.
