In Cosmos, every operational event — such as a flight delay, baggage issue, or service quality finding — includes a built-in Activity Feed. This is the shared space where airlines and service providers can communicate, clarify, and collaborate in context.

Where Do I Comment?

To collaborate on an event:

  1. Open the Event Detail View
Click on the event (e.g. flight, baggage, or quality check) to open its detail panel.

  2. Find the Activity Feed
On the right-hand side, you'll see the event details — including status, root causes, and the Activity Feed.

  3. Add a Comment
    Use the comment field to:

    • Clarify a delay or service issue

    • Respond to a proposed code or claim

    • Share relevant context or updates

    • You can also attach files or documents if needed.

Why Use the Activity Feed?

  • Keep context close to the data
Your comments stay linked to the specific event — no need to search through emails or external tools.

  • Create traceability
All inputs are logged in the Activity History, providing visibility over how issues were discussed and resolved.

  • Support real-time collaboration
Airlines and providers can align quickly, resolve misunderstandings, and close issues faster — all within Cosmos.

Common Use Cases

  • Clarifying a delay reason or baggage mishandling

  • Requesting or confirming a root cause change

  • Discussing SLA claim status

  • Adding operational context to a service quality ticket

  • Following up on corrective actions

Best Practices

  • Keep comments clear and professional

  • Use the feed as your primary channel for issue-specific collaboration

  • Check regularly for updates or mentions

  • Focus on resolution, not blame
